Filled with tennis courts, 18 loft buildings, one 6 story condo tower complete with penthouses, & a massive restaurant and pool complex. All completely abandoned and untouched. I think it needs to be said for this video especially, that please don’t visit this location. I know this is will be insanely easy to find, but the legal and safety risk just isn’t worth it. it was prolly full of black mold at some point, but I would have lived on the deck, maybe that would have been safe, oh and I want that one antique dresser, too late.

The room w/ the suit case had brand new socks in the suit case w/ the paper wrapped around the socks! It is mind boggling! You guys did an amazing job on this video!! I really can’t understand why so much was left behind. At the time of closing how is it nobody took the booze, wine, soda, jars of food, etc? How does that go untouched for 7 years? The owner didn’t even take his personal pictures of his family. People’s luggage and clothes were left. Seriously it’s like the National Guard came in and forced everyone to drop what they were doing and vacate like there was a Tsunami coming or a nuclear fallout.

Old resorts close down all the time but why was this one seeming left in a hurry? Peoples luggage, toys, personal toiletries, brand new batteries, baby stuff……all the flat screen TV’s alone would have been worth something back in 2010. I can’t seem to find anything explaining why this place looks like the town of Pripyat after the Chernobyl meltdown. As if people were going about their day and were told to leave in a hurry. Also…I have been to this place, not as a paying guest but visiting friends that were during a summer vacation. We stayed at a place close by.
