the United States de facto government’s been operating as a corporation for over 148 years they must maintain their power through consent but they use criminal coercion instead it’s the color of state law.The 11th amendment provides no shield for any public official who acts under the color of state law upon doing so they become their person and surrender their qualified immunity in which the state can not grant them any. They then become liable for criminal and civil charges through the United States government.
Yeah right. The whole thing is a racket anyway. The cops and judge work for the same employer and it ain’t the citizens.

Fun to chat about, but it would NOT work here in Florida. Not paying ticket results in license suspension. Send away ALL the affidavits you want here in Florida, and your license will be revoked, period. I love Jordan but this is a bullshit story.
