Wow that’s a lot of choices there, need some days def in Melb to experience Japanese foods only, the black ramen looks super good, and yeah that special black mystery powder is gold!
Check out Coppe Pan Japanese Bakery at Melbourne Central – on the train station entrance level – lower ground I think. There katsu sandos are pretty good too.
