I’m Australian, and I couldn’t watch the whole video. Don’t get me wrong, the food looks delicious, but NONE of those items were anywhere near Australian cuisine.
I was horrified when she said the chefs had never been to Australia before it opened in America … it shows in the menu.
You tasted the wrong side of that Porterhouse. Always go for the fillet side first.
They have a contraption that you press down onto the onion and it slices it into the bloomin’ shape. Similar to the ones they have for watermelons or apples. By "hand carved" they mean it’s not electric.

I worked at Outback when I was 21. My go-to after a shift was always the cheese fries or the 8oz sirloin plate cooked rare.

The only thing Australian about ‘Outback Steakhouse’ is all the dishes are named after Australian things. The food, decor etc is all American.

I miss Arlington Virginia, there was an Outback near where I lived and we would go there occasionally, but I live in Thailand now and I miss it so much now because of your video. I will NEVER be a vegan, I like eating meat s o much more. Again, thanks for your video and take care.

Their steaks come pre cooked in bags, then seared, so you cant tell they are NOT fresh!!!
Only a chef can tell this , not an average customer
