    that was the south easter end of melbourne … yeah not very nice … head more inland or west of rt 1 and its VERY nice . not cheap though either

    Even though it’s not a super nice area, I think 150k with low taxes is a steal. Pay cash and you’re monthly expenses are SUPER LOW. You might even be able to retire now if you bought it. I’m fine for sacrificing area (as long as it’s not gang violence) for price but that’s just me.

    I don’t believe that I would feel comfortable living in that community, either. Might be some noise pollution during the day time due to the construction and nearby businesses. The home itself is lovely from the outside appearance however. Perhaps, in 5 years it will be a different story.
