    I thought the price was high until I saw it included utilities which is awesome.
    I pay $800 for my 1 bed basement level apartment. It’s a pretty decent renovated place but the price dosen’t include utilities which can run me between $120-140 in the winter months. Plus I also have to put up with windy cold Ontario winters, no palm trees or Ocean. Starbucks here will be closed for dine-in until at least the spring.
