We were looking for The BEST THING TO DO IN FLORIDA WITH KIDS on a Rainy Day, so the Central Florida Tourism Board told us about the Explorations V Children’s Museum in Lakeland, Florida. This is a great things to do in Florida on a rainy day. If you are looking for things to do in Florida with kids, and it’s raining outside, then the Explorations V Children’s Museum has a lot to do.

The Lakeland Children’s Museum is a 3 story building with lots of fun exhibits for kids to use their 5 senses to discover the world around them. Some of the exhibits include:

– Fire Truck & Police Car
– Grocery Store
– Music & Sound area
– Theater
– A technology area
– Lots of building material
– an Orange grove and Orange juice Factory
– and so much more.

If you are ever in Lakeland Florida with kids on a rainy day, then you should check out the Lakaland Children’s Museum. Our kids had a ton of fun and there’s an ice cream shop that walking distance away that you can go to after the rain subsides!
