Florida's MOST Expensive Fish! Catch Clean Cook- Florida Pompano

Finally a catch clean and cook for your guys! Brook and I took a trip up north to surf fish for pompano and it payed off big time! Pompano are one of Floridas most valuable, best eating and expensive fish species. We caught our limit from the beach and had a great time surf fishing.I also explain how to catch pompano and how to make a pompano rig in this video as well. Pompano are delicious and I highly recommend grilling them if you are looking for a pompano recipe! Hope you guys enjoy!

    I appreciate the fishing and the luck you had on the day you went out, but think a little more about the cooking. You have the best fish. You filleted that fish. What did you do with the rest of the body and head? Why did you not make a fish stock when you had the perfect ingredients? You instead degraded the plate with boxed chicken stock. Oh my goodness. What a shame. As far as what you call "fresh" mozarella, when you’re in florida, please take the time to visit something other than Publix or WinDixie for groceries. I can give you a list of high quality farmers’ markets and actual locally made mozarella. You have a good thing going. Don’t degrade the quality by skimping on the ingredients. Definitely keep going…

    Plate looks good, next time keep the fish head and bones & make your own stock for the noodle. You could use the head and belly meat for fish cakes!
